Dear St. Theresa Family,
I am deeply grateful for the faithfulness and generosity that make the mission of our parish possible.
Every day, you help us bring the Gospel to life—in our worship and music, our school and faith formation, Scripture study and spiritual growth, and in our service to those in need through St. Vincent de Paul, Early Bird Tacos, and our outreach to the homeless.
This is what it means to put feet on our faith.
Your stewardship takes many forms: praying, singing, teaching, serving, volunteering, and giving generously from the resources God has entrusted to you. Each is an act of sacrifice and sacrifice does not simply mean “going without.” At its heart, sacrifice means to make holy. We make our lives holy when we offer our time and talents in service. We make the work of our hands holy when, in gratitude, we return a portion of what God has given us for the work of his Kingdom.
Your financial stewardship sustains the Church we are today and helps build the Church we will pass on to those who come after us.
I also invite you to consider including our parish in your estate planning. Gifts of stock, real estate, annuities, or a bequest can create a legacy that is also a blessing, particularly when given in memory of someone we love.
In sustaining the present and planning for our future through a campus master plan, your generosity makes new possibilities possible.
Thank you for being a vital part of this parish, for sharing in its mission, and for helping us bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to life.
Yours in our Lord’s service,
Fr. Larry
